4 Days To Go!

Merry Christmas to everyone! Lacey and I had a super awesome, great Christmas. It was fun to spend time with family and I'm so thankful for all the food and gifts and time spent together.

So we are 3 days out now. It's crunch time! This is going to be a boring post because I'm trying to get my blogging muscles back in shape. So if you're not that interested in small details or lists, this isn't the blog post (or blog?) for you lol. 

Here's some things we're getting ready:

• We submitted and got our Cambodia visas. Some countries just let you into the country with a passport while others require a fee and some more paperwork. Cambodia is especially weird because they require a passport photo as well as the extra paperwork. So I got our pics scanned in and they approved our visas. That should allow us to just walk in and not wait in another line. 
• We are tanning. I've never done this before and I don't hate it except when I burned myself the last time. It was definitely weird the first couple times I went. We bought a package of 6 tans so I think we'll be in a good place when we get to Bangkok and the islands and it's 90 degrees and sunny. I burnt myself the last time which sucks haha. 
• John (my friend from high school) is driving us to the airport on Sunday which is super nice of him. 
• We're going to park at least 1 of our cars at my work because we have a big parking lot there. We can't leave them at our apartment because there might be a snowfall and then they plow the lot. 
• I have all the clothes I need. Lacey did a practice run of packing last night. It's very exciting to be packing all shorts and t-shirts when it's like 0 degrees here in Minneapolis.
